In this role, you will perform: 🛠️
Customer Account Management
- Developing strong relationships with customers
- Answering client queries
- Working with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
Technical Direction
- Management of warranty claims in collaboration with back office team.
- Follow-up of issues resolution. (on-site intervention, Remote Support)
Resource management
- Ensure a close working relationship within the Customer Services organisation and other disciplines and departments
- Resources & intervention planning in collaboration with CS organisation France/Belgium
Business Controlling & Development on Installed Base Customers
- To ensure scope of supply fulfilment of existing SLA´s
- To ensure SLA renewal
- Cost controlling of SLA´s
- Identifying new business opportunities among existing customers
- Budget planning (SLA´s, Spare Parts and additional support services)
- Elaboration of new SLA´s for new projects/sites following global CS business strategy
Business Development new customers
- Generation of new business opportunities outside of Installed Base
- Accessible Market analysis in collaboration with Market Sales Team
What are we looking for in you? 🔍
🎓 Technical Education: University degree.
🔧 Experience: 5 years as an Account Manager in an industrial environment.
🗣️ High English proficiency: C1 level.
🗣️ High Flemish proficiency: C1 level.
✈️ Availability: Willingness to travel (operating within the Benelux region: Netherlands / Belgium).
🚗 Requirement: Valid driver's license.
